The 49-year-old actor was pictured whisking away a 20-year-old Ukrainian model from the London nightspot to his hotel, while her boyfriend was held back by door staff.
But now Rourke has ungentlemanly spoken about their encounter.
"She wasn't worth the effort," he said later.
And what about her boyfriend, Andrei Franzi, 22, who was left spluttering in indignation as she left with Rourke?
"He can have her," he added.
After spending Tuesday evening (and the following morning) with Anna Ilnitskaya, he decided to spend Wednesday night with a different girl.
The replacement was with him in the back of his limousine as they left the hotel for another evening on the town.
Rourke is in England filming the movie of Anthony Horowitz's novel Stormbreaker at Pinewood Studios.
