Any fans of the twins from Calgary? A friend told me to look into them, and I did. And now. I. Am. Addicted.

Yeah I have their 2nd and latest album. They're pretty good.

They're a pure guilty pleasure through and through.

They are pretty much a pop/rock duo, they're considered more alternative though because their voices aren't so pop-like. Do I care? No. Speak Slow is insanely catchy, and I mean insanely catchy.

So Jealous is worth a listen when you're bored, but that doesn't make it bad. I find it to be a guilty pleasure and nothing much more.

Why are they a guilty pleasure? A guilty pleasure is more like something along the lines of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band or The Archies. Those bands aren't actually very good at all, while Tegan and Sara's music is actually somewhat, I don't know, menaingful to some people.

Their music isn't very meaningful to me at all, so I don't listen for the substance, just the style.
