I hope the grammar in the title is okay..
Anyway, what movie would you lilke to see get made?
I have to admit this would be the most disturbing film ever made.. but..
'The Wizard of Oz as Told By Chris Cunningham'
Anyone who has seen ANYTHING directed by the genius that is Chric Cunningham would agree this would be the most disturbing film ever made. Probably the best as well. :)
What would you like to see get made?
For those who have no idea who I'm talking about, rent 'The Work of Director Chri Cunningham' off of Netflix or something, I did manage to find his newest (though far from best) video.
http://wimp.com/rubberjohnny
It's one of his most subtle videos.

I AM LEGEND has been going around Hollywood for years now. I would love to see what people like Ridley Scott would do with that. He is one of the rumored directors to be linked to that.

I would love to see I Am Legend. Last I heard Michael Bay and Will Smith were thinking about it, and before that it was Ridley Scott and Arnie. I know which I'd rather watch.

I would of liked a western with Clint Eastwood, Charles Bronson,Lee Marvin, Yul Brenner and David Carradine. I know their old or dead, but imagine them doing one last bank heist in the old west. I would not pussyfoot with the script, all of them would be bad guys and QT would write and direct. Ok you ask who would stop them? Arnold, Sylvester, Steven, Van Dam and Chuck Norris. Bring It!

My favorite book, easily. I'd love to see what direction they took with Denny and Victor. This would make a damn fine movie.

Alien vs Predator vs Van Helsing? He already killed off most of the Universal monsters in the first movie.
Naw, I'd just like a true Predator 3 if I could. Perhaps based on the "Big Game" mini-series from awhile back.
Westworld with Arnold, Sly, and Bruce Willis... this was a rumor before Arnold went and got himself elected Govoner. Damn, that would have been awesome.
Wolfenstein - based on Return to Castle Wolfenstein - screw Indy 4... this would be the shit.

My favorite book of all time is The Man Who Laughs by Victor Hugo.
In 1927 it was made into a silent film staring Conrad Veidt. The movie was somewhat chilling but not very true to the story and since it was silent, the great soliloquies were passed over.
I would LOVE to see some great film-maker get a-hold of the book and adapt it into a great film. It could be incredible. It is a love story with great political intrigue and touches of horror also.

If you are talking about my suggestion then you misunderstood me. AVP and Van Helsing were some of my most anticipated movies and they were terrible so i want to remake the two movies not combine.

Michael vs. Chucky or some combination of them, or the Ash vs. Freddy vs. Jason flick... Also give me a prequel to the NOES Series, with the whole plot of Fred gettin burned alive by the parents of the Elm Street kids, etc. like what Part 6 hinted at...

Other movies I'd like to see:
James Cameron directing his unproduced script Avatar.
A Stanley Kubrick biopic.
Arthur C. Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama directed by David Fincher and starring Morgan Freeman.
Terry Gilliam's adaptation of Good Omens.
Watchmen adapted Sin City-style.

James Cameron had an asteroid movie back in the late 90s that Fox was gonna do, but then Deep Impact and Armageddon came out, so it was axed.
I think it was called Bright Angel Falling, or something like that. Too bad, it probably would have been better than those other movies by far.

I would enjoy this SO much. Hell, put Lee Marvin in anything where he even has the possibility of kicking someone's ass, and I'm there.
And I say throw Gregory Peck in there as the Sheriff trying to track them down. And Gene Hackman and James Woods have supporting roles.

I love Gaiman's work, but I haven't checked out Good Omens. Is it comparable to American Gods or Neverwhere? I'm about to start Caroline.

The Legend of Zelda. 'Nuff said.;)
Oh, wait, not 'nuff said; for some reason I still like to see a live-action Dragonball Z movie, but it would be so insanely difficult to pull it off without getting raised eyebrows, I don't expect it will ever be made.

To tell you the truth, I'm not that brushed up on Gaiman's work. In fact I'm not brushed up at all. I do know that critics compared it to Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. One critic called it The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Netherworld. I;m not that far into it butit's already getting funny. Can't wait for Gilliam to put it on the big screen.

just a change of pace, I would like to see me first complete a screenplay, that is semi autobiographical meshed with fiction
called The Suicide Plague. Of course it would have to be Rated R,
for terror, violence and gore. As a matter of fact, I think after I go to
this concert tonight, I will start up my script again for the Suicide
Plague. Now for who I would want to direct it? I think Wes Craven can do an admirable job of bringing my script to life. And though Scream has a lot of backlash, and hardly anybody likes it, llike I said,
I think Wes Craven could do a bang up job.
As for regular movies. I wouldn't mind Scream 4, and IKWYDLS 3
yeah yeah, I know these are coming soon.
Cerealkiller182,
That Green Day, American Idiot is supposedly in the Works,
I believe that it starts production after their current tour.
Fingers crossed, because that would be a sight to see.

Interesting. I'm actually reading the Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide right now (the whole saga) and it's pretty interesting. The first book is the best, but they are all entertaining.
If you like Gaiman, you should certainly check out American Gods and Neverwhere. They're not like Hitchhiker at all, but they're damn good. AG is probably one of my favorites of all time, and I read a lot.

Adaptations of:
Bad Love by Jonathan Kellerman
The Kay Scarpetta novels by Patricia Cornwell, starring Edie Falco as Kay and Dennis Franz as Pete Marino.
Any of BK Epperson's novels: The Neighborhood, Nightmare, or Green River. (and this would have to be straight-up R-rated horror, not a PG-13 teenie fright flick)

I would like to see a couple of bio pics.
The Fatty Arbuckle Story, this should have been made with the late, great John Candy in the lead.
And the Jack Pickford Story, Mary Pickfords younger brother who was a star before becoming a junkie and tried ( I think) for murder.

I would like to see a "Transmetropolitan" movie. I'm sure it would suck and they would tone it down, but I'd still see it.
I heard Patrick Stewart wants to do it... I don't think he could pull off Spider. Though, I always thougt Billy Bob Thornton could do it.

Artemis Fowl: could be good if done well
From Dusk Til Shaun: sequel to Shaun of the Dead that would apparently feature vampires
Old School 2: This is apparently getting made now, which is cool.
A sequel to Anchorman
The Hobbit: I need closure from LOTR, PJ, you fat bastard! :D
Restaurant at the End of the Universe: Hitchhiker's Guide 2, Nuff said.
and don't shoot me, but I think a Frat Pack remake of "See No Evil, Hear No Evil" would be quite interesting. Don't get me wrong, it would never ever beat the original, but I think it could be interesting.

This was an idea i had once.
A mock instuctional video on how to survive a zombie attack. It would feature different scenarios inspired by zombie movies.
As a factoid I was gonna end it with a short commercial for how to survive a vampire attack mock-instructional video.
A MASH remake with the Frat Pack (i hate that name, who the hell started calling them that anyway)

I want to see Tarantino do a true film-noir movie. i'm not talking about the neo-noir stuff that made it into some of his stuff.
I'm talking fedoras and revolvers, dames and gumshoes, Tommy-guns and gangsters. Dick Tracy style. SWEEET.

Who ever said "Legend of Zelda" is a genius.
Also, if you read Tom Clancy, the book "Without Remorse" about John Kelly (aka John Clark) where he hunts down pimps and drug dealers for killing his exprostitute girlfriend. All along, he is being chased by Jack Ryan's dad, who was a Baltimore cop.
