Universal has sent over early details on The Skeleton Key which stars Kate Hudson, Gena Rowlands, John Hurt, Peter Sarsgaard and Joy Bryant. This Iain Softley directed thriller, will be available to own from the 15th November this year. Retail should be around $29.98. The film itself will be presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen, along with English, French and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks. heard this movie was real shitty... but it was written by Ehren Kruegger who wrote Arlington Road and The Ring (also The Brothers Grimm, but i didnt see that yet)... so he is a good writer... so ill check it out.

I missed this one in the theaters but I might check it out.. i heard it was ok

Too many "boo" scares that rely on a pulsating soundtrack rather than any deeply felt terrors. The ending is the best thing about it, but it's a forgettable rental at best.

I really wasnt jarred by a single jump scene but I did have an awesome time trying to pin where this movie was going. Once i though i had it down, the tables completely turned. highly recommended (8/10) i'm not sure if i'd bur it though.
