THRICE any good of a band???

THRICE and UNDEROATH are coming here in vegas and i got tickets. Now I love UNDEROATH but never heard of THRICE. I was wondering if they are any good and and are like UNDEROATH with the screaming and stuf? and if so what is a great cd to buy. i want to get in to this band before the comcert comes on oct-4. Any help would do.

ive gotten into them recently and quite like them, ive never heard of Underoath though. Thrice dont scream very much, they kinda go from heavy rock to light metal and have some great guitar riffs

Thanx!!! I am going to pick up IDENTITY CRISIS it sounds great from those clips.

Thrice is a great band, and they're great live too. I think that Identity Crisis is the weakest cd though. Illusion of Safety is their best in my opinion, but Artist in the Ambulance is close behind.

Let me put it out there:

THRICE. IS. AMAZING.

I've been listening to them for 4 years now (I saw them 3 years ago play with My Chemical Romance and the Used) and they really stand the test of time. Reccomended CD's are: Illusion of Safety and Artist in the Ambulance.

Underoath isnt that good... Thrice is decent though.

They did a cover of one of my all time favorite songs... Send Me An Angel... which was pretty bad ass!
