as is known... i am a crucial 49ers fan. and after that game 1 win to St. Louis i was excited with a new faith that we could be a great team this year. Then the next 3 games came, and we were bent over the sink and ass raped by the Eagles, Cowboys and last night the Cardinals. So now we are 1-3... and check this shit out... our next 3 games are:
COLTS.... UNDEFEATED
REDSKINS.... UNDEFEATED
BUCCANEER'S... UNDEFEATED
unless we can pull a fucking miracle out our ass in 4 weeks (including 1 bye week) we will be 1-6
but i must stick with my team, through the good and the bad! cuz when they eventually win the super bowl again, that victory will be that much sweeter!
I dont get why they are keeping fucking Rattay in there...he is not a great QB... Alex Smith has shown that he can get in there and do a good job, granted its only been in a few short minutes... i think its time Nolan gives Smith a chance to start and see if he can bring some W's.

You're going through hard times now my friend, but keep the faith! I show know a lil something about faith, being a Red Sox fan.

You're right, the 49ers are absolutely terrible this year. The game against Arizona was an absolute horror fest. I don't even think that the offense scored once.

Well, good news for u, Rattay just got benched and Mr. number 1 overall is the starter.
I once said that I would be a fan of my own team (the Chiefs) even if they were 0-16. And there have been times where I thought it might happen. I have been relatively lucky that this team has been competitive. Yet, the last time they won a Superbowl was 1970. It can be frustrating. But I'm still a fan. And don't even get me started on the Royals.
The 49ers are going through a slump. Yet, they dominated the league in the 80's and early 90's, winning four NFL championships. And they stayed competitive for years in between trips to the Superbowl. Most teams never see that opportunity even once.
This is a time for rebuilding in San Francisco. Alex Smith takes over this weekend and could have a big impact. Even so, there are several offensive components that need to be replaced. It takes time, it may be a couple of years before the team is competitive, but don't stop being a fan because the team is going through changes.

Yeah, he's going up against the #1 defense in the league - the Colts. Good luck to the 9ers defense too.

I still can't believe that this is an accuarate quote...who would have guessed this? Not me. Where the niners have fallen on their face, my Dolphins have gotten into first place of the AFC East all by their lonesome! Now, I know it's early, but I don't think I'll be able to say this much longer, DOLPHINS IN FIIRST WOOOOOOO!

Anyone can be around for the times when a team is winning, it's when the fan is around when they're losing that shows that they are a true fan of the team.

Times are going to be tough I've been a Redskins fan since 1990 and they were brutal until 1999 when it looked like they were looking decent but that's been their only playoff appearance in 15 years and when I could have changed teams I didn't and stayed a Redskins even thought those tough years.
The 49ers are going to stuggle for the next few years or more the only benefit they have is their division just sucks.

my love for the 49ers will never diminish until death! and god hope, if there is football in heaven the 49ers will be my team in the afterlife!!
Jeo4... the Chiefs are my second favorite team in the NFL... so i def feel your pain!
i didnt know that they decided to start Smith... fuckin sweet... Smith as the starter and Rattay as the backup should prove a better combo (in my opinion)... here's hoping this change will do the 49ers good and we can pull some upsets in the coming weeks!
Thanks for the support!! haha!!... i was expecting ppl to be like "i odnt know why you do this to yourself... the 49ers are a horrible team.... we go with who has won the supr bowl the previous year... it makes us cool"!
