This is a thread devoted to this hack and slash groovy mixture of Beebop and Kill Bill. I started the series with low expectations(on purpose) but now that there is only 4 episodes left in the series i can safetly say that i hold it just as high as Beebop and Wolfs Rain. (if it ends with the jaw dropping climax those two had)

Has anyone seen this awesome series? Its beyond badass in my opinion and i love the characters.:cool:

I've got the first volume of this on my rental queue at I Love Film (Netflix UK style) and I cannot wait for it to arrive. I'll post my thoughts once I see it.

I'm convinced Mugen is Spike Spiegel's long-lost ancestor.

This series is indeed the shit. I just wish the last DVD volume was coming out sooner than the end of January.

Yeah I love this show. I can't wait to get volume 7 to see how the show ends. And then when I watch it I'll be bummed cause I'll know there won't be any new episodes.

I love this series...just finished it the other day and must admit that this series has definitely climbed in position as one of my top 5 favorite animes. All the fights (especially all the one's featuring God's Hand) were freak'n amazing.

Top Anime show!! I've seen the first and second series and they're well funny as well as kinda violent! My brothers got the third series aswell which I should be watchin later today... cant wait!! :D

Aye X, i think ti will. It gets the ball rolling the first episode and moves pretty fast, and the characters are cool/deep enough that u like them before even knowing much at all about them.

...that and the series has that "off beat" sense of humor/drama that Beebop had. Cool stuff.


Now if u REALLY want to check a totaly badass series that just came out that is right up your ally, (and like SPACE VAMPIRES!) then watch GANKTUTSUOU: THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO. Its got the most badass sense of style ive heard in anime, an awesome voice cast, art unlike anything ive watched, and the Count is simply my favorite character since Spike. I was hooked from episode 1 like no other anime has ever done to me.

I could only watch the first 10 minutes of episode 1 (which I LOVED) and then it all went to shit. So I had to watch the first episode of "Bleach", which I really liked.
