It's always fun to see when a stunt or a special action scene needs to be performed when they replace the actor/tress with a dummy and it's hilariously obvious.

Like the one someguy just posted up in "General":

Some others off the top of my head:

-Roark carrying the little girl in the first Hartigan scene of Sin City.
-Marge getting pulled into the window in Nightmare On Elm Street.
-The little girl Kirsten is carrying in the opening of Nightmare On Elm Street 3.
-Cast caught in net in Bloody Murder.

Others?

The one that comes to mind off the bat is the Face/Off scene where the Travolta and Cage are thrown off the boat and there's a slow motion scene where they're flying through the air and it's blatantly obvious it's not the two stars but two stunt doubles instead.

John Woo loves his slomo so much that he'll use it during a stunt double shot.

The end of A Nightmare On Elm Street.

Good God, I wish they would've made a different ending.

Greedo in the original Star Wars is a blatant dummy right before getting blown away.
