yeah those three scenes right there were some of the greatest scenes i've ever seen, it's interesting to note that all of them the music plays a key part also...i personally think that music and the soundtrack is one of the most important ingredients to a good movie, as exampled by those three scenes each having the perfect song going with them
i'll post some other of my favorite scenes later because there's quite a few that stand out to me

The baptism scene from The Godfather - I freakin' love this scene - you got symbolism, great editing - both video and sound, stylized violence, and great acting by Al Pacino.
Final shootout from The Wild Bunch - this scene (and the one at the start of the movie) introduced the world to stylized movie violence - especially in gunfights.
Finale in Unforgiven - you finally see what all the hubbub is about when W. Munny takes on practically the whole town in a gunfight. Plus you get great lines like "Deserve's got nothing to do with it," "I've always been lucky when it comes to killing," and "He should've armed himself, if he's going to decorate his saloon with my friend." Good stuff. This scene is one of the many, many reasons that this movie is my all-time favorite flick.
And I don't know about one of the greatest ever, but I was just pumped up with adrenaline after watching the fight between King Kong and the three T-Rexes in King Kong (2005) - that was just the definition of kickass in Bigred760's Dictionary. :D
