Who are all the stuntmen who played Michael Myers in the orginal "Halloween"?

I know Nick Castle is, and so is Tony Moran. But, wasn't there a third stuntman they used just for the de-masking scene (for his face)? Or, did Nick Castle or Tony Moran fill in for that? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I know for a fact that Nick Castle didn't fill in for that so it may be Tony Moran. I just know it wasn't Nick Castle
