Who are all the stuntmen who played Michael in the original?

I know Nick Castle is, and so is Tony Moran. But, wasn't there a third stuntman they used just for the de-masking scene (for his face)? Or, did Nick Castle or Tony Moran fill in for that? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

This was a student Carpenter hired for the unmasking scene, on the Halloween 20th Anniversary double dvd (the one with the T.V. version +big screen version) there's a making with him explaining the unmasking...

also....Debra Hill plays Michael in one scene!(I forgot which one, i'll check it...)
