I love it when legions of bad guys are mowed down by a mere few lone warriors...

The Matrix
Neo and Trinity in the lobby shootout and rooftop fight.

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
Jane fends off numerous approaching Phantoms with a single rifle while Neil fiddles with some troublesome machinery. "Don't worry, sir, Jane's negotiating with extreme prejudice."

Enter the Dragon
Bruce Lee and the American guy vs. all the martial artists.

Resident Evil
After Red Queen is shut down, and all the zombies are set free and start pouring into the corridor.

Star Wars: Attack of the Clones
The Jedis vs. the droid army. 'Nuff said.

And probably my current fav:

Cowboy Bebop
(not a movie, but still...) In episode 12,
"Jupiter Jazz, Part 1", the good guy, Spike, is cornered by a gang of about 20 guys, and he's mistaken for a man named Vicious, who happens to be Spike's arch-nemesis. Spike goes postal, and he says, "You think I'm Vicious!? You don't know what Vicious is!" Right before he leaps into battle and proceeds to beat the shit out of about 2/3 of them before the rest run away.

Scarface without a doubt. My favorite movie and Tony Montana whoops up until the very end...

1) Tequila (Chow Yun-Fat) and Alan (Tony Leung) vs. Johnny Wong's Triad in the hospital/armory in "Hard-Boiled". Over one full hour of action!

2) El Mariachi (Antonio Banderas) vs. the scummy bar inhabitants in "Desperado".

3) Jeffrey (Yun-Fat) and Officer Lee (Danny Lee - I think) vs. half the population of China in the church scene in "The Killer".

4) Jackie Chan and the government official vs. the Axe Gang in "Legend of Drunken Master".

5) Any other Jackie Chan movie.
