IDLE HANDS DVD!!!

i just picked this dvd up cause i have not seen this movies since it was a new release.

I bought it and opend it and was a single sided copy which was weird cause my old copy was a double sided fullscreen/widescreen dvd.

The version i have is only fullscreen!!! Why???

I wnet to circut city and bestbuy and both only had fullscreen!!!! I swaer my old copy was both!!! I hate fullscreen!!!! Does anyone know what happend to the widescrren version?????

Several of Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment re-released DVDs (which is what you have) were made available only in full screen.

I was trying at one point to pick up Whatever It Takes because of Marla Sokoloff. She is such a bear. The only copies available were the full screen re-release. I've run into a few other Columbia Tristar in the same condition, though I can't recall the titles right now.

My local Circuit City still has one copy of the old, original release of Idle Hands. Do you want me to pick that up for you? I think it was priced at ten buckish.

Take black construction paper, cut out two rectangles, and tape them in the appropriate postions on the TV ... wallah, instant Widescreen :-) ...
