DVD Recommendations?

Lately I've had this urge to buy only the BEST Dvd's (not for crappy movies) but I thought that to get these recommendations, it would be wise to come to this section and ask the experienced.

This is a no-brainer thread, just list some of your favorites and best most worthwhile DVD's that I should buy. I just want that "one" DVD that can be in my collection without having to purchase any new upcoming edition. Some good dvd with lots of extras on the production process of the movie.

I forgot about that one! I remember really wanting to get the trilogy a few years back when it got released and NEVER got around it. I did see a standalone version of Die Hard 2 from the trilogy and it was full of specs, thanks for reminding me!

SinCity DE, The Fly SE, LOTR EE Trilogy, SW Trilogy, Scarface SE, Ultimate Matrix Collection, Legend of Drunken Master(if you need your kung fu fix), From Dusk Till Dawn SE, The Fifth Element SE, Gladiator EE, Predator SE, Dawn of the Dead UE is actually a really nice movie for your horror fix, and last I'd go with Terminator 2 Ultimate Edition or Extreme, I got Ultimate though and recommend it as far as that goes, dunno about Extreme. You prolly already own these or most of these movies, if not, they are some standouts in my collection as far as great DVDs and movies. I have more favorite movies though the DVDs are lacking greatly for them and I wouldn't recommend the current DVDs on them. Lataz! :D

Ah update, didn't read your post about you'd like nice production stuff on the DVDs. Hehe, well as far as the ones I mentioned, The Fly SE has a great one, Gladiator has an amazing one, LOTR EE Trilogy has an exllcent one, Sin City DE has a nice one, and Ultimate Matrix Collection has probably more than you need. The rest have decent ones. :)
