Airplane: Otto the Autopilot

I just got Airplane and there was a sticker on it advertising "Get your own Otto the Autopilot Inflatable" and it said there was a card inside. I never found the card. Did anybody else have this trouble? Does anybody know the details on how to get one?

I really want one of these!

A friend of mine was telling me about this. He said he sent everything in and is now waiting for Otto to come in the mail. Not sure what card you're talking about as I have yet to buy the special edition. I was under the impression you just had to send in a proof of purhcase.

the problem is I don't have the address to send it in ... It should have been on an "Emergency Procedures Card" according to the sticker on the outside
