yeah I've seen those pics a few months ago. This is one Del Toro movie that I'm looking forward to. Looks very intriguing. Plus it's filmed in Spain, finally no south america.

Huh? He filmed The Devil's backbone in Spain as well.

this looks amazing....i've enjoyed all of Del Toros films and will definitely be seeing this

Didn't know that, but I meant movies involving Spanish language in general. It's always South America for American movies.

El Laberinto del Fauno was filmed on location in a small village near Segovia, and also in Madrid, July through to the end of October 2005.
The make-up and creature design is by the brilliant DDT Efectos Especiales FX studio of Barcelona, Spain. They worked with GdT on The Devil's Backbone and also Hellboy, so there has been a long association between them. I think they have completely surpassed themselves on this one, and the designs are absolutely innovative and unique. I can't wait!
