I don't think there's any way Arcade Fire's next album will be able to live up to the immense hype spawned by their first. But that's alright. I'll still love it if it's anywhere near as good as Funeral so it's all good :cool:
And I love all the songs on their first album except maybe Une Annee...I never could summon much love for that one. It's good but not on par with the other songs on the album. (And I'd also put Crown of Love and Haiti and Neighborhood #4 as slightly below the rest of the songs on the album but I still love them)
And thanks for the link - I'd heard an mp3 with them and Bowie before but never seen the video.

This is in my top 5 albums of all time.
I am looking forward to their follow-up, but it will have to be pretty fucking good to compare to Funural, and I just can't imagine that. Nevertheless I will be there when it comes out with not too high hopes.
