Sorry I haven't been here in a while: I have been in France for two weeks.
Anyway, what are your favourite last lines (lines that close movies)?
Here are some of mine (SPOILERS, I suppose):
SOME LIKE IT HOT - "Well, nobody's perfect"*
THE APARTMENT - "Shut up and deal"*
GONE WITH THE WIND - "After all, tomorrow is another day"
MONSTER'S BALL - "I think we're gonna be all right"
SUNSET BLVD. - "I'm ready for my close-up, Mr Demille"*
CASABLANCA - "I think this could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship"
A CLOCKWORK ORANGE - "I was cured all right"
There are probably hundreds that I missed.
*Billy Wilder was great at last lines and closing scenes. I wonder what his last words were...

I do like the closing Monologue in Trainspotting...Not a line...but I hope it counts!
So why did I do it? I could offer a million answers - all false. The truth is that I'm a bad person. But, that's gonna change - I'm going to change. This is the last of that sort of thing. Now I'm cleaing up and I'm moving on, going straight and choosing life. I'm looking forward to it already. I'm gonna be just like you.The job, the family, the fucking big television. The washing machine, the car, the compact disc and electric tin opener, good health, low cholesterol, dental insurance, mortgage, starter home, leisure wear, luggage, three piece suite, DIY, game shows, junk food, children, walks in the park, nine to five, good at golf, washing the car, choice of sweaters, family Christmas, indexed pension, tax exemption clearing gutters, getting by, looking ahead, the day you die.
My Pick is the last line of Se7en
"Ernest Hemingway once wrote, the world is a fine place, and worth fighting for. I agree with the second part"

Actually, This is a very famous line, everyone has heard it. And most people have seen the movie.
"I'll make him an offer he refuse"
Also, when Micheal is talking to his wife at the wedding and says, "...And he assured him it was either his signature or his brains on the contract..."
And Lets not forget "Just to show you I'm not a hard harted man...She was beutiful. The finest ass I ever had..." Or somthing like that. The Godfather is full of classic lines. And when Luca Brasi is talking to Don Coleone...well you know.
And the line of "Luke, I am your father" Is classic.

I know I sound like a broken record when I constantly say Casablanca in every Best Of thread, but that movie certainly owns this category with "Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."
My other choices were also already previously mentioned: Some Like it Hot ("Well, nobody's perfect"), The Apartment ("Shut up and deal") and The Shawshank Redemption ("I hope"). You've also got to love American Beauty's ("You have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm sure, but don't worry. You will someday.") and The Godfather's (With the guys kissing Michael's hand and saying "Godfather").

"Can I dream?"
"Yes honey. We both can." - "Aliens"
"Now - Where was I?" - "Memento"
"Hail to the king, baby." - American "Army of Darkness" ending (but I like the other one more overall)
"This confession has meant nothing." - "American Psycho"
DING - the last sound in "Say Anything" is perfect.
"Shut up and deal." - "The Apartment"
- KcMsterpce
PS - Strangely enough I look back at other quotes and almost all of these are accounted for. So those who have NOT seen these movies; SEE THEM! HAHAH

Spider-Man
"The unknown future speeds toward us like a highway at night, but for the first time I look at it with a sense of hope. Because if a machine, a terminator, can learn the value of human life, maybe we can too."
Terminator 2: Judgment Day

CASABLANCA - Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
GONE WITH THE WIND - After all, tomorrow is another day.
TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD - I was to think of these days many times, of Jem, and Dill, and Boo Radley, and Tom Robinson. And Atticus. He would be in Jem's room all night. And he would be there when Jem waked up in the morning.
SUNSET BOULEVARD - All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close up.
SOME LIKE IT HOT - Well, nobody's perfect.
EYES WIDE SHUT - I do love you and you know there's something very important we need to do as soon as possible.
What's that?
Fuck.

A Clockwork Orange: "I was cured alright."
Raging Bull: The "I coulda been a contenda" speech
Eyes Wide Shut: "Fuck."
Chinatown: "Forget it, Jake. It's Chinatown."
Sunset Blvd.: "I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. DeMille."
Casablanca: "Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."
Some Like it Hot: "Well, nobody's perfect."
The Usual Suspects: "And just like that, he's gone."
Full Metal Jacket: The voice-over of "My thoughts drift back to erect nipple wet dreams about Mary Jane Rottencrotch and the Great Homecoming Fuck Fantasy. I am so happy that I am alive, in one piece and short. I'm in a world of shit... yes. But I am alive. And I am not afraid." over the soldiers singing the Mickey Mouse song.
Also the last line of Rosemary's Baby is something to the effect of "You are the mother, aren't you?" or something like that, was it not? All I remember is the last line was a really good one.
And one more: the last words of 2001: A Space Odyssey are HAL 9000 singing "Daisy," even if it does occure about 25 minutes before the film actually ends. So technically, those are the last words in the film.
