View Full Version : any hope on Needful Things Extended cut??

its definately one of those movies where the extended version IS much better than the 2 hour one. everytime tbs shows it i watch the complete version (theres over one hour of deleted footage, all of which is shown in the t.v. version) and it just feels like a better, more complete film...

but yeah im just really wishful thinking, but has anyone heard anything?

ive been interested in this longer cut since i saw the film but have sadly never heard anything about it getting a release :(

You'd think it would be a perfect opportunity for a DVD, wouldn't you? Is the "cut down" version on DVD (just out of curiousity)?

I'd do anything for a Director's Cut of this movie. It is by far my favourite Stephen King adaption other than IT.

the only one available is the two-hour one with no extras, but as said, theres over an hour of deleted footage that needs to be put back in
