I don't care if it shuts the boards down for a week. There are so many duplicate threads this place is a fucking mess. Are the mods busy? Do we need new ones? This board used to run a lot smoother. I'm not saying it's all because of the search function. But maybe before we add the 'MyJoBlo.com' feature, we should improve the existing features.

Yeah I'm making a bigger deal out of this than I probably should be. But damn this is fucking annoying.

The search feature never works worth a crap for me no matter what board or what website it is. Drives me crazy. It would be nice if there were a better way to keep up with it, but sadly there isnt. Just grin and bear it if you get annoyed with an occasional duplicate too close to another one, they're usually closed down.

yeah, i definitely agree with that, its impossible to find any threads on Saw :(

the search function is a bit better now but still doesnt bring up every thread on a search

Just type "Shawnee" or "jigsaw." "Saw" would bring up 10,000 search results.

I can be looking for a Final Destination thread for example and it wouldn't show up. It show up like Nacho Libre and shit like that. I hate the search function.

Yeah, I was just looking for a thread for this, if not, I was going to create one. I was trying to find the big Woody Allen thread to update my ratings for his films, and ended up having to search back quite a few pages in Best/Worst forum to find it. So I bumped it so it wouldn't be that hard to find anymore.

Hopefully it'll be fixed by the time The Departed comes out, so I don't have to go searching for my Scorsese ratings on the boards to update.

Other than that, I'm happy! :)
