Looks bad.

It probably won't be an oscar contender but it still looks good. I love the cast. As great as Clint usually is, based on the trailer, it looks like he gets overshadowed by Amy Adams (not that surprising) and Justin Timberlake (very surprising).

This looks like an awesome little gem. No doubt it will make you laugh, cry, and cheer.

Sure its a role Clint could do in his sleep. Sure its a character he has probably played 15 times. Sure hes not showing great range. I don't care I fucking love him like this.

Only a rare few of the greats can play the same character over and over and get away with it. He is one of those few IMO. Plus, considering all the great films he has not only starred in but also directed, he is entitled to it.

Its too bad, this looks terrible.

Looks like Clint did this role as a favor to one of his long time assistant directors.

Saw this today.

It's a different film then Moneyball so don't expect that.

Eastwood plays a believable Gus, Adams supports well while it seems like Timberlake was miscast, he just doesn't feel right.

Lorenz got the feel of old time scout and the setting right with dingy motels and pool halls. Unfortunately where the movie loses points is spending too much time on a pointless romance between Adams and Timberlake that adds nothing of substance to the film.

It's a solid movie, and very funny at times thanks to Eastwood's deadpan humor. Could have been better - here's a better idea of what I mean with my full review - http://wp.me/p2CCWq-25B

Will NOT being seeing this. I have no interest in watching cardboard love stories and grumpy old baseball scouts (UNLESS they're getting shown what's what by sabermetrics :D)
