1. The Concept "Over-Rated"
1a. Complaining about stuff that is categorizable under one's subjective view as part of the set "Things Over-Rated in My View."
1b. Disagreeing with this post.
1c. Tarantino.

I hope this post is in jest because if not, it's pretty hypocritical.

I thought we established disagreeing with my post was overrated.

But just to clarify, it was in fact meant in infinite jest. Which is totally overrated.

Now that better be a joke.

Who:
Marcus Tullius Cicero

Being overrated in underrated.

Also, (and maybe this is just me) I hate when people say "underrated" when they really mean "under-seen" or "not as well known as they deserve to be." I remember when people like Philip Seymour Hoffman (pre-Capote) would come up in these discussions... and he's never been underrated. As soon as he got major roles he was noted by critics for his great work, and as soon as he got leading roles he got nominated for major awards. He's always been totally properly rated, just under-known for a time.

Again, that may just be me.

I would agree with Avatar, the paranormal activity movies, and add the last two films by quentin tarantino and Moonrise Kingdom

How the hell could I ever say anything negative about the Great Saint Mr. DFW? I've been a member of the congregation of Infinite Jest known as freshman year of college.
