Gregorious8 07-21-2002 02:30 AM

Dead/Alive. That movie had some fun gore & who doesn't like a kung fu priest!? http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

the p&j experiance 07-21-2002 03:02 AM

Child's Play

I forgot how good this movie was

My favorite part has to be when the mother threatens to throw Chucky in the fire and then he comes to life calling her a 'bitch' and a 'slut' and all of that shit, i forgot about that part and nearly shit myself when it happened

countchocula 07-22-2002 11:42 AM

Spider Baby-4/5
The Church-3/5
Nosferatu (remake, with commentary)-4.5/5

Also, I tried watching Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings with an open mind, but that was futile. There was some enjoyable cheese sprinkled here and there, but as a whole, the film still sickened me. The highlight was Linnea Quigley's sex scene. She can make almost any movie worth watching.

Requiem-for-a-Dream 07-27-2002 01:11 AM

Just finished watching Resident Evil on DVD. To fans of the flick, buy it on Tuesday! It's worth it! But, to those expecting deleted gore, I'm afraid there's none to be had on this otherwise great disc.

FeydRautha 07-27-2002 01:17 AM

"The Cube" on cable late last night. A film that didn't get nearly enough recognition, IMHO.

freddy666 07-28-2002 12:14 PM

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD(remake)

SHIVER ME TIMBERS

countchocula 07-28-2002 05:54 PM

Well today I watched Halloween on DVD because sadly...I have never sat through that movie completely!! I absolutely loved it of course! Do they explain how Laurie is Micheal's sister in the second one??

The last horror movie I saw in the theatres was Halloween:Ressurrection which, IMHO, is one of the BEST Halloween's, a lot better than H20.

just watched billy madison...

MikeyB 07-31-2002 10:40 PM

From Dusk Till Dawn 7.5/10
It starts off as an action flick and then all hell breaks loose once the characters get to the strip joint and suddenly it's a
vampire flick! Overall, a very enjoyable movie!

countchocula 08-01-2002 02:24 PM

I watched 45 minutes of Vampires last night on the Sci-Fi channel. I was curious as to how much bloodshed they'd leave untouched. To my chagrin, it was mostly hacked to pieces. As a result, the Motel massacre felt choppy and rushed. Typical!

The Claw 08-01-2002 04:33 PM

Demon Knight, really good movie, but i still hafta say Bordello Of Blood was better.

cocaineNE1 08-01-2002 04:50 PM

Halloween Resurrection and it SUCKED it was sooo lame and cheesy.

BILL FIEND 08-01-2002 05:00 PM

MikeyB 08-02-2002 10:05 PM

Signs-5/5

It's funny that you guys mention Humanoids From the Deep. I just bought it on DVD! Romero, was your copy unrated? I hope not. Mine is R, and I'm hoping that none of the gore is absent from this cheese dish.
