D9 getting shut out of Makeup was bad. In The Loop was a nice surprise in Adapted Screenplay, and at least Serious Man made it in Picture. Not too offensive this...

Yeah, Up In The Air is pretty much dead for anything but a win in Adapted Screenplay. I can't see it pull any surprises from here...

That's really not good for Inglourious Basterds. BAFTA should be one of its strongest supporters. District 9 and Up gained a lot from this. The Precious mention is strong in its case.
