This guy has indeed done alot of porn.
But hes really quite funny at times. As well as smart, witty, humble, and not at all like a dickhead which is something I'm sure most people expect.
Other than porn, hes also been featured in many music videos, one of which was from the early 90's titled, "Freak of the Week". Where he actually raps!
As well as appearing in "Killing Zoe" (briefly, as Ron gets shot after first 5 seconds on screen), "Cobra" (very briefly, as you only see the back of his head), "Detroit Rock City", and "Orgazmo" (gotta love him for that!).
As far as TV goes, I guess his most prominent role thus far has been his appearance on The Surreal Life 2. I believe Ron Jeremy was also seen on some Rodney Dangerfield HBO special from the late 80's, that sometimes airs on HBO late at night. He's also been seen on various daytime talkshows, as well as a infomercial hocking some pills named Extends or something.
There is also a very entertaining documentary on Ron that has both a rated and unrated version. The rated version can be found at blockbuster.
To be honest, hes probably the most well known porn star ever. The only one that comes close would have to be Jenna Jameson. I give them credit. as both of them are without a doubt have been the most successful at branching out their names outside of porn. Which I believe is not easy to do.
So yeah, the guy has done his fair share of "Legit" film work.
