I saw that live on C-Span and that took muchos huevos grandes. Especially after Bush came out with his stupid impersonator straight from The Tonight Show with Jay fucking Leno.

And everyone laughed because Haha, Bush is mocking the way he speaks and the mistakes he makes. Hilarious.
Then Stephen came out and handed Bush his fucking ass, and I think most of the people in the crowd were stunned. I loved the line about Bush never missing an oppurtunity for a photo-op and how Bush wasn't rearranging deck chairs on the TItanic, but the Hindenburg. All the while while the "Stephen" character is praising Bush and the guy is sitting ten feet away. Pwned.
