Certainly. DJ Premier is one of the greatest. He's not my number one, but he's def in my top 5.
The one thing I didn't like about the list was having J Dilla all the way up at 15. DJ Quik is great but he was 1 ahead of Dilla which is weird to me.
Also, the Neptunes were ahead of Organized Noize. I love both, but I think Organized Noize has made more substantial beats.
