Is Depardieu super rich? he's rich, sure. But, super rich, I don't think so.
I don't imagine George Soros, the Rothschilds banking dynasty, and other billionaires (socially manipulative, or otherwise) will be left without a loophole. Although, I'm sure there'll be a fall guy or two.
