Here's a few...some of these aren't really that obscure, but remain largely unseen; and all of them are distinctive little horror flicks.

I BURY THE LIVING
CRIMINALLY INSANE
DON'T GO TO SLEEP (TV)
GHOSTWATCH (BBC TV)
FRIGHTMARE (the Pete Walker film..)
THE LONG WEEKEND
DEVIL DOLL
NO PLACE TO HIDE (TV)
SOMEONE'S WATCHING ME (TV)
RITUALS
ONE DARK NIGHT
GOD TOLD ME TO
RUN, STRANGER, RUN
JUST BEFORE DAWN
DEADLY BLESSING
THE VICTIM (TV)
HOUR OF THE WOLF
THE PROWLER
THE BLOOD ON SATANS CLAW
THE SARRAGOSSA MANUSCRIPT
DEAD AND BURIED
TERROR AT THE RED WOLF INN
HORROR HOTEL
CURTAINS
THE CONFESSIONAL
BURNT OFFERINGS
SILENT NIGHT, BLOODY NIGHT
THE LAST WAVE
VIJ
...and so many more. That's just what caught my eye glancing through my video and DVD collection; but there are so many neat gems waiting to be discovered by the horror fan tired of watching and re-watching the handful of true classics the genre has produced. Of course I gotta (once again) mention THE WOMAN IN BLACK, perhaps the scariest ghost story ever captured on film. Watch that one alone, late at night, with all lights out...and you might just recapture a bit of the feeling you had as a kid watching these movies. I had almost forgotten what it was like...
