Anything with Mel Brooks as the director is a pretty good bet to pick up. He usually goes off on the tangents and it's pretty funny, or he'll sit there and watch the movie, and then say oh yeah I was just amazed at what I did back there. It's pretty funny. Also anything with Fincher is pretty good too, goes into detail about why certain scenes were set up they way they were.
