2. Picking my nose and wiping it under my chair.
3. Throwing food in public eating areas at my buddies.
4. Going for a crap, and not wiping my arse properly.
5. Eating baked beans while I drink beer.
6. Perving at women's thongs peeking out.
7. Leaving all my rubbish in friends cars.
8. Renting dvds and ripping/copying them all.
9. Eating corn chips and soft drink for breakfast.

I get pretty lazy with my hygiene if I'm not leaving my house. I mean, if I go out I always take a shower, brush my teeth, comb my hair, ect. But if I'm not going out anywhere then I sometimes skip that stuff.

I drink way too much soda. I need to loose weight which I plan on doing. I will never give soda up completely but I definitely need to lower my soda intake.

I have a habit of, whenever I go to put on a new movie, I take the one in the blu ray player, and put it in the new movies case...then when I go to change the movie again, I put THAT disc in the new movies case..
by the end of the day there are about 5 dvd cases stacked on top of the blu ray player, all filled with the wrong movies...

it realllllly pisses my husband off!

I think you went a little too far with this one.

I stay up way late all the time even when I don't have to. Not wise.

Then you really need to expand your vocabulary.
PS: It's impossible to NOT have a bad habit.

Mine:
Always have GAS... want to buy new guitars. It never ends. I don't even play them enough to justify this.

When I'm out and about, at a bar or something, I tend to have a shrug-offish nature. It's not that I hate you, I just kind of don't care about initiating conversation with anyone, but I know it comes across as me being detached AND unapproachable. Once you get me in a conversation, I think people realize I'm not trying to be an asshole.

I pay too much for my friends' tabs or if they need loans. And I give away too many guitars lol

Sometimes, when I get really nervous, I smoke crack.

Inappropriate looking.

Nail-biting.

Re-ordering things when I'm in a library. It's only if I notice books are out of order. I briefly volunteered in a school library. The librarian would tell me to relax on the call numbers. I was displeased.

I was amazed at learning just how FATTENING soda/soft-drink really is.

Hmm. I got a serious question for all you guys. This is aimed at both smokers and non-smokers. Do ya'll believe that smoking is a bad habit of sorts? Like, for whatever reason? Let's put all the health issues aside. They are all too obvious. But do you feel that it's a bad habit at the very least? I know people who smoke for many different reasons.

1. Vice
2. Stress.
3. Peer pressure
4. Combo of all the above

It's also a social thing too.

I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. Something's gotta give, and that something is Chinese food, chocolate, you name it. I don't actually pig out, but I eat a little more than I should. My average weight has balanced around 210-215 pounds and my job (at a garden center, a physical job) helps me maintain the weight. However, I have been more prone to M&M ice cream sandwiches and Cocoa Puffs cereal lately. They are challenging my 210-215. I became concerned immediately when it rose above 215. I have to scale back from them once in a while (but don't want to, because they taste so good). I would definitely say it is a little unhealthy and a bad habit.

If soda is really a bad habit, why is it available everywhere we go? That's right, because the corporations have all the money and rule over all of us. If there were more healthy AND tasty beverages as readily available...but is it not a perfect world.

I brush twice a day, but the last time I flossed my teeth was three years ago. I hate flossing and also haven't been to the dentist in the same amount of time. However, I have been using listerine since last year (after enough bad dreams about losing my teeth). And I'm using toothpaste that restores my enamel. But I get the feeling that all that isn't enough.

There are so many little things concerning our bodies that we have to keep up every day or week, that it feels like a chore.
