Ashton Kutcher
How bad an actor is he? He was only good as Keslo in that 70s show. Other than that he has failed at everything. His highest rated film on Rotten Tomatoes is No Strings attached at a 47% which means mixed reviews at best. He ruined a good show on t.v (two and half men). And he cheated on his wife.

Meh. I'm rather indifferent on him. I did like him in The Butterfly Effect. He was kind of likeable in Guess Who. Everything else is kind of meh.

He's not funny, those around him are funny and he just takes what he can get.
Don't see talent here, never have. The chicks dig him, so there's the only appeal I can pick up on. Meh, indeed. |

Of the films that he was in, he was decent in Dude where's my car?, the Guardian, Guess who?, and no strings attached.
He gets roles the same reason Ryan Reynolds does (and Reynolds is a better actor I heard he was great in Safe House), because he has that face for the camera. |

I actually enjoyed Just Married and I sometimes watch That 70's Show, but other than that, I'm indifferent.
While I'm on the subject of That 70's Show, it's interesting that of the castmembers, it's Mila Kunis who has the best career right now. Who could have predicted that back when the show was on? It's similar to Michelle Williams and the Dawson's Creek cast. |

Quote:
I disagree about Michelle Williams being the Dawson's Creek cast member with the best post DC career. I would actually give that honor to Joshua Jackson because of how much I love Fringe and he's terrific in it. |

I like both. But Joshua has a t.v career. Michelle has a film career (Blue Valentine, Shutter Island, Brokeback Mountain,). Owen Wilson said it best t.v stars are like the freshmen in High school and film drama stars are like the the seniors. Unless your Tim Allen, Hugh Laurie, Jason Segel, Zooey Deschanel, Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan, Amy Poehler, Rob Lowe, or Neil Patrick Harris, if you are on t,v you are a B lister at best.

I'm not a fan. Even on That 70's Show, he was my least favorite. Kelso could have been a lot funnier had he been played by someone else.
And don't even get me started on Kutcher's dramatic roles like in The Guardian. Tapatalking from my bed. Ya mutha says hi. |
