Any Metal Fans Out There??!?!?!!???
Hola! I'm a hella hardcore Metal fan and i was just curious to know if their was anymore Metal fans out there? Or if there were some ppl who werent Metal fans but loved some Metal tunes...i got a huge ass list of bands that i like, but i was wondering what bands you all like...i like checking out new bands and such...

Awesomeness, i'm pretty much into any kind of Metal...Forget about that stoopid emo shit...agh!!! KoRn definitely sold out, they aint that good anymore...I remember Monster Magnet. I really liked their Powertrip cd. Machine Head and Hatebreed are awesome bands also.

Hells yeah!!! Those are kick ass bands...i aint heard of Trail Of Tears or Mithotyn before....i guess i better check them out huh lol....
Here a few that i personally cant get enough of.... Demon Hunter, DevilDriver, Shinedown, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Coal Chamber, Spineshank, Chimaira, Flaw, Lamb Of God, Disturbed, Five Bolt Main, Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, In Flames, Soil, Static-X, Hypocrisy, Otep, Arch Enemy, Nothingface... I have a HUGE list but those are some.....

I'm metal. My favorite bands include, but are not limited to, Opeth, Cannibal Corpse, Death, Control Denied, Suffocation, Pharaoh, Into Eternity, and casketloads more.
I won't be too specific here, but if you're a metalhead, you might want to click something below this post. It's a button that has three letters on it. It's one letter repeated three times. Okay, I'll shut up now.

I feel I'm a metalhead, but I can't get into a lot of the bands mentioned here anymore. There are so many types of metal to get into. Hell, most of these have a subgenre within a subgenre

Ugh. I can't stand hardcore.
I guess I'm not that hip, but I worked with a girl who kept talking about "Hardcore, Hardcore, Hardcore" all the time and I had no idea what she meant. Once I finally figured it out, I was like "So THAT'S the name of the music I can't stand!" I prefer just straight up metal, power metal, industrial metal. KMFDM, Pig, Iced Earth, Nightwish, Primal Fear, Blind Guardian, Judas Priest, Apocalyptica, Metallica, Megadeth, Athrax, Slayer, Grip inc, Gamma Ray, Kamelot, Rammstein, Megaherz, Dokken, Sister Machine Gun, Fear Factory, Bile, etc, etc.

I'm into almost anything "metal".
A good concert coming up is the Gigantour 2006. It has some of my fave bands on it:Megadeth, Arch Enemy, and Overkill. Lamb of God and Opeth will also be on it, but I'm not into them. My favorie metal album of the year so far is Ministry's Rio Grande Blood. But new Gwar, Slayer and Asesnio come out next month so I'll have to see if it still stands.

That makes me soooo happy that there are people here that like really good music....i aint into the whole Nu-metal scene to much meaning (Breaking Benjamin, Trapt, Three Days Grace etc)...but i can listen to some...as long as a band has lots of screams/shouts and what not, you can be sure that i'll like them....i just love it loud!

One of the best metal shows out there is Soulfly! They are very tight live and Max Cavalera has an awesome metal voice! Saw Slayer live with Hatebreed.......was disappointed. Hatebreed live is horrible compared to their cds. Much like the Deftones. Slayer wasn't good at all.....but maybe it was the sound that sucked. Pantera was another awesome show...but that is no more. Superjoint Ritual is a good band...not sure how they are live?

Frank, Heart Collector...guys, I love Immolation and Suffocation (I'll be seeing the latter in November), but CC's latest is just as heavy and technical as anything on Pierced From Within or Harnessing Ruin. Sure, the lyrics are one-dimensional, but who fucking cares?
