Just the one for me today - probably the last one of the month, unless I spot something that I really, really want :-

I just finished reading the book and never saw the movie, so today I picked up The Client with Tommy Lee Jones and Susan Sarandon. The booked kicked ass, like most Grishams, and this is # 133 on my dvd pile!

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (Limited Edition)

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (Limited Edition)

The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (Limited Edition)

Pan's Labyrinth (Platinum Series)

V for Vendetta (Special Edition)

All for 9 bucks a piece at Wal-Mart. And the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Pan's Labyrinth came with passes for the Golden Compass. So it looks like I'll actually be seeing it.
And I also finally picked up a new DVD player. My other one was breaking down.

I said that because you seem to buy a boatload of DVD's, and probably have a collection that most people would be envious of. I remember that show from when i was a little kid, would i buy it, no, but would i question someone else that does? No. That show is extremely popular.

BTW, how many TV DVD's do you have?

I actually questioned why anyone would buy it myself, first off because I could never stand the show as it was one of those canned sitcoms that played off sentimentality. Secondly because that set runs for a $150 and the only thing I could think of was damn was there nothing else worth spending that much money on. And lastly because that show seems like it would have zero replayability but thats just me.

Nice purchase there. Barton Fink is in my Top 3 favorite films of all-time, and the rest aren't shabby at all to say the least
