Yesterday I bought Stephen King's "The Stand". I've heard so much good things about it, but I've not finished the book I'm currently on. I bought the uncut version of The Stand, looks like it goes about 1130 pages or so. IT is the biggest book I've read, but this one's got it beat.

I look forward to reading it though, I hope it holds up to all the positive reviews I've heard and read about it.

The complete Poems and Songs of Robert Burns (not the audio version).

Have a bit difficulties to read it in one row, older scottish is not what I had learned in school (English = foreign language for me). But what I understand is great + the poems/lyrics have a kind of 'true' rythm within them, I tend to read them like singing, adding a melody/rythm automaticly, even without knowing the original melody.

What'd you think of that last one?

Last time at B&N:

'A Confederacy of Dunces' - John Kennedy Toole
'Lonesome Dove' - Larry McMurtry
'All the Pretty Horses' - Cormac McCarthy

And yesterday I ordered Stephen King's series, 'The Dark Tower', boxed set, books 1-4.

How's the Salvatore series? A friend of mine got into that, but I've yet to so deeply entrench myself in fantasy.

"Born Standing Up," the Steve Martin autobiography. Just heard he did an audio book of it too, I bet that's fun.
