Fast Times At Ridgemont High: A True Story.

Has anyone had the pleasure of reading this book? I really want to, but I don't wanna pay 50 Plus dollars for it. Anyone know of a cheap price for this?

I've been told it's fairly hard to find, for whatever reason. It's pretty interesting, especially if you love the film (which I do.) There aren't many major differences between it and Crowe's script. Mr. Hand was more directly obsessed with Jack Lord's Hawaii Five-O character (the only part of that that makes it to the film is him saying "Aloha" once or twice), and that there was a rock and roll obsessed character named Randy Eddo whose personality, especially the ticket scalping, Cameron sort of folded into Damone's in the script.

A decent sized excerpt
