Creepiest/scariest horror movie scenes

What are some of the most chilling, disturbing, and nerve-racking scenes in horror movies?

Some I can think of:

Something Wicked This Way Comes - lady in ice coffin
The Shining - twins in hallway
The Omen - goat/demon in mirror (any mirror scene like that really gets to me)
Childs Play 1 - when Chucky speaks after Andy's mom discovers that there are no batteries in him
The Others - don't know how to describe it but it's parodied in Scary Movie 3 with Michael Jackson
Friday the 13th (forget which one) - Jason bursts through window after main character (forgot her name) lets a cute little puppy in
Amityville Horror (original) - Red Room/"passage to hell" scene
Stephen King's IT - Mrs. Kersh scene

All of Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
The opening chase sequence in Scream (well, not scary, but the situation is pretty creepy if you put yourself in Barrymore's socks)
The reveal in Don't Look Now
The final 10 minutes of The Blair Witch Project (Honorable mention to the 'stick men' the film makers stumble across)
The last sequence of [REC]
The blood test scene in The Thing
The wheelchair in The Changeling

And while not a horror, I also consider the underwater combat scenes in Das Boot to be highly intense.

Poltergeist - when the kitchen chairs first move. It's not exactly a scary moment, but it is creepy knowing that there are forces at play right there.

Oh God, yes. It actually startled me more than the shower scene did. Just the above angle and the quick movement. Oi.

Easy choice for me.

The mirror reveal with REDRUM in The Shining. The most terrifying scene ever. When you realize what it means... Shudder.

It's from Lost Highway. Robert Blake was creepy as hell in it.

If there is something I learn, it's to not fall asleep during a David Lynch's Wild At Heart. Nothing like waking up to Daine Ladd's "makeup on her face" breakdown, or when Harry Dean Stanton's character is kidnapped by those 2 psychopaths. I nearly freaked out when I woke up to those two scenes.
