The godfather on bluray questions

does anyone know when the godfather movies will be individually be sold ala fast and furious? just like last year, i really don't want to pay that much money on a whole set of classics when the first movie is my all time favorite, the second being the greatest sequel in history and the third being garbage with some nice moments few and far inbetween. this is the only trilogy i'm conflicted with because it's further proof that hollywood needs to quit smoking in the idea room. also, how come marlon brando never accepted the oscar? just curious. thanks.

Well, the Godfather trilogy is $50 on blu ray right now, and if you buy used it's $30.

That's the first two movies for $25 each. I say wait until Black Friday and it might even be cheaper.

On top of that, I'm sure they will be released individually, but what do you think the going rate would be? $19.99-$23.99 probably.
There is a slight chance that they would go for $14.99 each...

I decided not to get them just because I already have the trilogy on DVD and only watched them once. I love the shit out of the firs two, but I spend my time on other shows and figured I wouldn't justify buying them again... I'll rent them some day instead.

hey, guys! great news! as of this morning, thanks to this thread, paramount is releasing the first 2 godfathers individually after all as part of the sapphire series that started with gladiator, forrest gump and braveheart. they aren't coming until february 2nd but you all can read about it at bluray's website. and don't forget to make them an offer they can't refuse!
