Any Specific Collections Within Your DVDs and Blu Rays You're Particularly Proud Of?

Are there any collections that you particularly love adding to in your within your library? Whether it be by genre, actor, director, series, publisher or anything else? I've got some, but my main source of pride has to be my Martial Arts/Asian Cinema collection. It's a continuing work in progress that I gradually have been building for a couple years...

I have a pretty large collection of Stand Up and I love owning entire TV series on DVD, of which I own quite a few

I am proud of my tv on dvd/blu ray collection than I am of my movie blu ray collection.

It's just that some shows like Mad Men, Sons of Anarchy, Community, and Supernatural are so much better than most of the movies that come out today.

But today I bought Nip/Tuck the complete series set. Can't wait to see what happens after season 1's finale.

I'm proud of my blu ray collection as a whole than I was with my dvd collection. My tastes have matured and I am only collecting movies from directors/producers/writers that I respect and those that are worth buying. My dvd collection reminded me of "a dvd collection that belonged in a frat house" just a bunch of teen/boobs/fart joke comedies with an occasional gem or two. My blu ray collection is classics and movies with a value to rewatch.

Yeah, I'm quite a sucker for collections from a certain company. I'm pretty happy with these collections:

Criterion Collection: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/co...ion-collection

Masters of Cinema Series: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/co...-cinema-series

Second Run Collection: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/co...run-collection

Hammer Collection: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/ho...n/hammer-films

Dragon Dynasty: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/co...dragon-dynasty

Fox Film Noir: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/fi.../fox-film-noir

These two I'm just beginning, though trying to build quickly:

Arrow Video: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/ho...deo-collection

Shameless: http://samsanch3z.dvdaf.com/owned/ho...hameless-films

I really need to pick up more of the Arrow and Shameless releases, especially as the latter are pretty cheap to buy.

I have most of the Vipco Screamtime Collection discs, there's only a handful I still need to find. It's an odd one as I'm strangely proud of having them despite not knowing why.
My collection of Avalon releases, particularly as it includes the Japanese Memorial Box.

I own a Universal classic horror collection that consists of every damn edition they released on DVD. From the original stand-alone DVDs to the Legacy sets to the anniversary special editions. I even have two copies of Island of Lost Souls (originally a Paramount production, but Universal owns it now and released it on VHS -- which I also have), one on Blu-ray in my Criterion collection and one on DVD (sealed) in the Universal bunch.

If you want to get technical, the only one I don't have is Abbott and Costello Meet the Mummy.

My favorite sub-collection is my set of Santo DVDs. I've got 46 out of his 50 movies since 4 of them never made it to DVD.
