Hey bonnielaurel I know you say you loved David Lean's film Ryan's Daughter but no mention of Lawrence of Arabia. Just curious how come you don't like it?

Yes, David Lean is one of my favorite directors, but I'm not too fond of "El Aurens". It's just a bit too long for me, I can't keep my mind with it in the second half. Maybe I would have to see it again. "Ryan's Daughter" works more towards a climax, and has some lesser known actors that I really like.

Remember a great film can never be too long and a bad film can never be too short. Wait for the Blu-Ray which should be coming out sometime this year for the 50th anniversary.
