Some people think it is a scam but it has scared alot of aussies who called the police alerting to this

maybe it is someone who is feeding off what happened in America

But the police has taken this seriously

The text was sent to 3 states in Australia

You'd have to be pretty gullible to fall for that.

There was a similiar scam going on in Russia a few years ago: People would call a house and pretend they kidnapped a family member. In reality noone was taken, but some people paid anyway.

yes you are proberly right it looks like a scam but not a very nice one if you got this text on your mobile

There were alot of people calling our 000 police hotline and they were bombarded with people worried about this
if you texted this person you would have to be a fool

It is true this world is going down hill if people like playing games like this

Ah l was watching a doco on Niagerain men who go on dating sites and they take over the identties of other men
They are pretty cunning

Alot of women fall for this and they hand over there life savings instead of susing the person out

if l was the women l would prefer to meet the person than hand over money over the internet

if a man liked me they would not ask for money because l can tell you the person would not get a cent grins
