Loved the trailer and what direction the plot/story seems to be heading in. I like how the events of the first seem to dictate the storyline of the sequel. Good stuff.

Glad there's a thread about my most hotly anticipated movie of 2012.

Taken was the best action movie of recent years with an amazing protagonist in Liam Neeson.

Taken was a surprise hit, this looks even better.

Indeed, very excited to finally see some of Taken 2 in motion.

I also like how the story seems to flow logically and reasonably from the original, at least as far as the trailer is concerned. Kill a bunch of people, there will probably be consequences, especially if they're part of an Eastern European crime ring.

What little action they showed also looked pretty cool, and I dig the change of scenery.

I loved the first one and I will be seeing the second, but it is not going to be anywhere near as good as the first. First off, there is no awesome speech in the trailer. Where the hell is the "You know what I can do......" stuff?

And seriously, why would his wife (ex?) and daughter go to eastern Europe anyway? I know if what happened to me in the first film, I am staying in the USA for sure.

Best bet part three will be in the USA

I'm very excited for this movie. I loved Taken, and this looks like it's going to be just as good, if not better. I really hope it lives up to my expectations.

Taken was a good movie, but nothing out of this world or anything that we haven't seen before. This just seems like a pointless sequel to a box office hit. The trailer isn't as promising as the original and I doubt the film will match it in terms of quality.

I enjoyed the first one. Lots of pistol whipping. Over/under 30 pistol whips in Taken 2?

I am not expecting this to be any better than the first, but I really like Liam and I will be there.
