You need to post it as a direct link. The gif is way over the attachment allowance, dude. See how once again it's a static image?
The maximum size for attachments is 100 kb. You gif is way over 2 MB. That's far too big. Try again.

26k vs 2M
Weird...the version I have is 26k, not 2M. I've tried re-attaching it, after double checking that it is definitely 26k, and I'm unable to do so. The software here tells me that I have already uploaded this file to this thread, which apparently breaks some kind of rule. Not sure how I can show it as 26K on my machine, and this forum thinks it's identical, but you see it as 2M. At a loss here.

Ok. I have worked it out for you, Seeing as I couldn't make out what that gif was about, I saved it and blew it up. Examined it. Then googled it. Found the full gif and reworked it. Re-sized it. And also made it square 90 x 90. And they are both well under the size limits to use here. There's nothing I can do to make the text show up better. It was small to begin with. So, here's two versions for you. Framed and non-framed. The things I do for my fellow Schmoes. Hahaha...
Are these ok? Your welcome.

I have no clue as to what you're doing wrong. But the two modified avatars I made for you work. I am using one of them now.
And I used Imageready to tweek these. Animation Shop is good too. It's a means to an end is all.

Me either. I'm saving the exact file you gave, and uploading it to JoBlo and making sure it's the ONLY picture in my entire profile, setting it to be my default profile pic, and.... no animation. Gonna chalk it up to something on the website, because the GIFs you made are animated when I save them locally, and animate in every application that shows animation that I have. The only place they don't animate is on this web page for me.

Well now, that worked ... here at least. It doesn't make my avatar animate

I just joined the site and I noticed i can't see my own or other people's avatars if i am logged in but i can if i'm logged out. Is that how it works for everyone or is there some way i can change that so i can see them while logged in?
