Teaser trailer- THAT DAY

Hi there from Australia,

I have just wrapped shooting on my first film ever, which is a short entitled THAT DAY.

Here is a little bit about the film:

A mysterious figure, JACK, finds himself lying in a field with a gun and torch in hand. JACK has no recollection of why he is there or who he is. He then goes on a journey where he discovers that the end of the world is only 30 minutes away. Jack will cross paths with unique individuals that hold the key to JACK finding out who he truly is and if the end of the world is truly upon us.

I was fortunate enough to have an experienced actor on my first short, Jeremy Trigatti, who had work with Aussie director Nadia Tass on films like AMY, MR RELIABLE and Jeremy also worked with Heath Ledger on the TV series ROAR, but everyone was truly amazing to work with! The cast and crew were so fantastic.

Like many others I do not know how to gauge if my film "looks" engaging just from the teaser? Am asking for feedback if you are willing to check it out!

Well the buzz is growing on my little film. We just hit 4500 views on vimeo just on the teaser trailer. Been getting some great feedback, especially from people in the industry.

Well the buzz for my little short has been huge!

I have begun writing a feature script for it. The response via twitter and getting some exposure here in Australia via the media has been great and unexpected.

well we've had the teaser up on Youtube for 3 weeks and have just passed 65,000 views! The feedback is truly been more than I hoped for! ill be turning this short now into a feature film. I have gone back and started a new script. Cannot wait for the next step.
