What is the Most Frightening Image?
As diluted as horror films have become as of recent, what are the most frightening images of all time in horror films? Not necessarily scenes, but moments on film that if you paused/froze the screen it is absolutely terrifying. What do you all think?

The first time I saw Psycho, the last scene of Norman and the skull over his head literally scared me and I did not see that coming.

The closet flashback in The Ring. Pause that scene and tell me it isn't scary as hell.
