EXCLUSIVE: Cruise/Shields' Births -- New Twist

UPDATE: St. John's Hospital still has not called back, but we may have figured out what is going on here. It seems as if the nurses entered the license number of the doctors who delivered the children. Doctors are registered with the Medical Board, not the Nursing Board. Reps from two other hospitals -- UCLA and St. Joseph's -- told TMZ the box for "License Number" should have the nurse's license, not the doctor's.

A rep from L.A. County Vital Records, the agency where birth certificates are filed, confirmed to TMZ that the "License Number" should be the nurse's, not the doctor's.

The same nurse who signed the birth certificate for Tom Cruise's daughter Suri also signed the birth certificate for Brooke Shields' daughter Grier, but there's an interesting discrepancy.

Both babies were born on April 18 at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica. Anne Heffernan is the registered nurse who signed both birth certificates. As TMZ reported Monday, Heffernan, who never saw Suri, signed her birth certificate. A hospital rep says Heffernan is authorized to sign when a doctor is not available.

On the Suri Cruise certificate, Heffernan's license number is G48079. On the Grier Henchy certificate, Heffernan's license number is different -- G068399. TMZ checked with the California Board of Registered Nursing and we were told Heffernan's license number didn't match either of the birth certificates. A Board rep told TMZ Hefferman's license number is 317058.

And it gets more interesting. The Board of Registered Nursing told TMZ the license number on Grier's certificate comes back to a Dorothy Rork. The license number on Suri's birth certificate is a mystery. There is no name attached to that license number.

By the way, unlike Suri's birth certificate, Brooke Shields signed the one for her daughter. Someone listed as "Friend" signed the certificate for Suri.

Also, the hospital's policy is to file birth certificates with L.A. County within 10 days of birth. In the case of Suri, it took 20 days to file, in part because the "friend" didn't sign for 16 days. In Grier's case, Brooke herself signed two days after her birth and the certificate was filed nine days after the baby was born.

TMZ placed multiple calls to St. John's. So far, no comment.

After having the child, Xenu (seen above) stopped by the hospital to visit the baby and their parents.



Hopping into their space plane and taking Brooke Shields' kid along (Xenu LOVED her in "Endless Love") they "cruised" to the outer rings of Saturn, the newborn and their parents were partying back at this TGI Fridays on Venus (I hear their hot wings are REALLY hot. Like 500 degrees farenheit or something).



Building the restaurant around an active volcano wasn't the smartest idea however as it exploded, destroying the restaurant along with Tom Cruise and Kate Holmes.

But don't worry.
Xenu has baby Suri and the Shields baby at his special space fortress where the digital image of L.Ron Hubbard is watching over them.
And he's made several clones of Cruise and Holmes just in case of emergencies like this.

Then there's the fact that Tom Cruise left Kidman when she fell pregnant and when Nicole pleaded ignorant to the reasoning behind their divorce, Cruise reportedly said "Nicole knows why this happened" or words to that effect. Could Nicole have been carrying somebody elses baby? Hmmmm...

Suri Cruise has hit a new milestone. It's been 100 days since Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes announced her arrival. Now, with an ever-growing number of conspiracy theorists speculating on the whereabouts of the strangely unseen tot, yet another TomKat pal has come forward to vouch for her existence.

In the wake of Leah Remini's vague description of meeting and holding the "beaming," "normal-size" nipper, Jada Pinkett Smith has stepped up and declared that she and her A-list hubby, Will Smith, have also been in Suri's presence.

She gushes to People that the sequestered tyke is "gorgeous" -- an upgrade from Remini's mere "beautiful" -- with a "head full of black, beautiful hair."

And the superlatives don't stop there.

"She's one of the sweetest babies I've ever met in my life," marvels mother-of-two Jada (who, unlike Remini, is not a card-carrying member of the Church of Scientology). "She's the cutest little baby ... She's an absolute beauty and she's Daddy's little girl."

The muscle-bound actress-cum-rocker, who bonded with Tom while co-starring with him in "Collateral," tells the mag that she and Will have twice visited Suri at Cruise's Beverly Hills, Calif., compound.

Well who the hell is the father then? And I thought she was staying a virgin until she got married? Vow of chastity my ass. So, she was having sex before she even hooked up with Tom...oh and wasn't her getting pregnant supposed to be "immaculate conception"? I remember hearing him say "I had nothing to do with this" when they announced her pregnancy because that L. Rusty I got to be honest man. Just because he let's only his close friends see his kid, doesn't mean to me that there is something up. He kept the kids from his Kidnman marriage out of the public eye all the time also.

Some of these arguments for this are really weak.

Cruise as always been in to publicity ususaly around the time a film comes out. Just about the same as every other "celeb" actor. It didn't just happen during the time Holmes was pregnant. He's always been like this.

But there is always one constant. He never ever puts his kids in the lime light. He just doesn't do it and he protects them.

You ask why hasn't anybody but people close to Tom seen this baby. Let me ask you this. Why the hell should anyone that is not close to him see it? Would you invite strangers in for a peak if you had a newborn? No I think not.

I'm pretty sure that docs would have seen the baby but they are not in the business of spilling beans about it. You know with doctor paitent privilage.... I would guess that they wouldn't just stroll down the local clinic for a check up either you know?
