"Bobby" Official Poster Online!

Hey everybody,

I've heard very little about this project coming from the new writer/director Emilio Estevez but I'll tell you what, I'm damn excited to see it. The movie "Bobby" deals with the horrifying night that Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated at the Ambassador Hotel just a few short years after his brother, John F. Kenneddy. The film focuses on that night and all the people intertwined in the event. It looks like a very interesting story and has a gigantic cast as you'll see on the poster below. It's a very simple poster but is so excellent at the same time.

Check it out below!

And for the huge casting and who they'll play, check the link below!

Oscar Buzz? Emilio Estevez? For some reason, I really can't see it.

Also, this movie's cast is filled with waaay too many annoying actors for my taste. Estevez, Joshua Jackson, Ashton Kutcher, Shia LeBouf, Lindsay Lohan and Demi Moore in the SAME MOVIE? Excuse me for expressing mild repulsion. The other cast members make me interested, but I don't think I'm a big enough fan of any of them to ensure my viewing of this movie. If it gets good reviews, I'll go see it.

Ditto. Although, I do think the subject is interesting.

As for the poster...nice and simple.

I posted thoughts similar to Monotreme's when the topic of this film was discussed a while ago. I just...can't see the writer/director/star of the self-indulgent piece of crap Wisdom getting any Oscar buzz, even if the subject matter is worthy. The cast alone gives me a mixed feeling.

I do agree with all of you on the casting as well as the writer/director but I have some confidence that they won't create a crappy flick that depicts one of the greatest tragedies in American history.

I assume this is the movie where Lohan has a sex scene with Elijah Wood?

I like the simplicity of the poster, though the tagline is cliche as hell. I too am not jumping for joy over the cast and director. I'll wait for a trailer and buzz surrounding it before I decide on going to see it or not. Something tells me it'll have a Nick of Time (with Johnny Depp) feel to it.
