I posted this on the general page, but below is my filmmaking myspace page and a music video I made, The Trio, is my ode to Sergio Leone. Used a lot of the same style with my own quirks put in, and would like some feedback on it.

I saw it as pretty good. But let me explain how I saw it, and maybe or maybe not that's how you meant it. I'm a huge fan of Sergio Leone and I kinda saw it as a comedy for those of us who got the refrence. Of course you were also trying to show off your ability to direct.

But, it did come off as a complete spoof, as in comedical. So if that's what you were going for (which I'm just going to assume it was) then hats off. But, uh, if you were meaning that to be completely serious...

Thank you for the feedback, and yes, it was meant to be comedic. I love Sergio Leone movies, but there are still many scenes I snicker at based on some overly elaborate closeups and staredowns. That's what I was parodying essentially, and wasn't meant to be serious. An obscure parody comedy if you will
