Music The Little Kiddies Prefer To Listen To Versus Raffi...

Came across an interesting article talking about music the kids may prefer to listen to versus the typical kids music parents drown the young uns with.
Just below is a list an WELL I do argree with 4 of songs on this list.


- Velvet Underground "Sunday Morning"

- Bob Marley "Three Little Birds"
- T. Rex "Jeepster"
- The Rolling Stones "I'm Free"
- The Police "De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da"
- Beach Boys "Good Vibrations"
- The Cure "Love Cats"
- Flaming Lips "The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song"
- Kylie Minogue "Can't Get You Out Of My Head"
- The Byrds "Mr. Tambourine Man"
- Screamin' Jay Hawkins "Alligator Wine"
- Gwen Stefani "Hollaback Girl (Clean Version)"
- Ramones "Judy Is A Punk"
- The Beatles "Yellow Submarine," "Octopus's Garden," basically anything sung by Ringo
- Jay-Z "Big Pimpin'"

Now if most of the "teenybopper" kids would listen to a good majority of that instead of the MTV bullshit out there...

Coincidentally, Octopus' Garden was my favorite Beatles song as a kid and speaking of The Cure, there's a song on their 1985 album,Head on the Door, called Six Different Ways that has always sounded like a kid's song to me.
