Am I the only one that thinks My Morning Jacket is Overrated?

LOVE the song "One Big Holiday", but then I went through all 4 of their albums and found only a couple other songs to be worthwhile.....they need more up tempo stuff

I'm obviously not saying they're overrated because they definately don't get radio play, but it seems to me that a TON of people think they're the next big thing (and they could be right if they have more songs like One Big Holiday w/ the great last 1:30 or so solo outro) but I find their slower stuff pretty boring. A lot of the indie rock nerds go nuts for 'em.....

I dont dislike 'em...but I don't see their mass appeal .....yet.

Listen to their live album. It's 10 times better than their albums. The solos give me an erection.

And yeah, their live album is kick ass.

yeah - i'd say Z is their best album yet (even though - again - i think one big holiday is by far their best song)
